A simple way to keep a record
A tip can be easy to forget once the bill is paid. This calendar gives each payment a date, an amount, and an optional label, so you can see where your tips went without building a spreadsheet. Use the tip calculator to work out an amount, then choose Save tip to review it here. The calculation becomes a draft first; it only counts after you save the record.
Save more than one tip on the same date. Each entry can include a category such as dining, delivery, rides, or a haircut, plus a name, note, and optional bill amount. You can also add a tip directly in the calendar, edit an entry later, or delete it. The month view shows your saved amount on each day; the week view keeps the same records in a shorter range.
Open Trends to check how much you paid in tips across seven days, 30 days, this month, or dates you choose. View daily totals, category trends, bars, and each category’s share. Select a date or category to return to the underlying records. Totals stay separate by currency, so a dollar tip is never silently added to a euro or pound tip.
Say you pay an $8.10 tip at a restaurant and $3.00 for a ride home on the same day. Save them as two separate USD entries and the calendar shows $11.10 for that date. Open the day to see or edit either payment; switch to Trends to compare dining and rides over a longer period. A shared-bill calculation saves your own portion as a draft for review.
Your saved tips and unfinished drafts stay in this browser on this device. There is no account or automatic sync. Saved records remain available for up to 90 days from their first save; changing a date or editing an amount does not restart that period. Clearing browser data can remove them sooner. The sample calendar is only an example and is never mixed with your own totals.
Yes. Open Import / export data to download a JSON backup of saved records, including notes, and import that file in another browser. Check the import preview before confirming; matching entries are skipped and local changes are kept if there is a conflict. A backup file can be kept as long as you choose, but importing it does not extend the original 90-day limit. A PNG image is useful for viewing or sharing a record, but it cannot restore editable tips.
